Job Summary
Senior Benefit Services is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Agent to join our team at our headquarters office in Columbia, MO. This position offers benefits and is ideal for sales professionals or individuals who are hardworking and coachable.
Primary Responsibilities:
Consult with prospects and clients on health-related products and services to provide the best solutions for their health and financial well-being.
Assist Medicare-eligible individuals in selecting insurance coverage that best meets their needs.
Aid customers in the enrollment process while answering any questions about insurance coverage.
Follow up with clients in activating health insurance benefits, find providers, and troubleshoot various problems when utilizing healthcare.
Primary Skills & Requirements:
Hardworking and enthusiastic personality.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Ability to complete tasks individually or as a team.
Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
No prior sales experience is needed, just a willingness to learn.
Health and Life Insurance License is preferred but not required.
