Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or at least 2 years of work experience with an advanced degree such as a Master's, MBA, JD, or MD, or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, or at least 8 years of relevant work experience without the stated degree pathway.
  • Strong expertise in Python and Angular.
  • Experience building and deploying modern services and web applications with quality and scalability.
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Test, DevOps, and Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Experience using AI-powered tools to improve coding, debugging, testing, and refactoring.
Responsibilities
  • Design code and systems while influencing internal standards for scalability, security, and reusability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create design artifacts and develop software solutions for multiple technical offerings.
  • Contribute to product quality improvements, service technology, and new business flows in diverse Agile squads.
  • Develop robust and scalable infrastructure management products.
  • Work with product owners to gather and refine requirements for one product, considering existing tools and solutions across departments.
  • Develop and design moderately advanced, robust, and scalable solutions that integrate with other solutions across the internal technical ecosystem.
  • Provide domain expertise for user documentation and implement standard processes in user documentation.
  • Play a significant role in the end-to-end development and delivery of new product features.
  • Use AI-powered tools to improve coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and refactoring while maintaining engineering rigor.
  • Provide guidance to other engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring.

  • Knowledge of and ability to develop front-end code, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, in support of package and product development.
  • Ability to select the best available values of an objective function to improve the functional effectiveness of web browsers.
  • Knowledge of user interface design and User Interface design principles.
  • Knowledge of and ability to develop and use back-end Python code in support of package and product development.
  • Ability to develop and use Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
  • Knowledge of database software used to maintain, modify, and output data.
  • Knowledge of systems integration processes for combining separately produced components or subsystems and addressing interaction problems.
  • Knowledge of data structures, including data organization, management, storage formats, relationships, and operations.
