Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as product manager for a B2C or B2B web or mobile
  • 5+ years product management experience creating product strategy, roadmaps, aligning stakeholders, and setting product vision
  • 5+ years of experience managing technically complex products that include front-end CX, AI, machine learning, search solutions, recommendations, or related fields
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional and executive level leaders
  • Self-directed: sets and meets deadlines, multi-tasks, and prioritizes
  • Strong bias for action
  • Willingness to roll-up sleeves and do what is necessary to meet team goals
  • Ability to leverage tools (SQL, MixPanel, FullStory) to quickly access and analyze data to drive product decision making
  • Experience influencing senior leadership through data driven insights preferred
  • 3+ year experience working with AI/ML technologies preferred
Responsibilities
  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap to increase adoption and engagement of PitchBook products among users
  • Identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation by working backwards from the customer journey
  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch to end-of-life
  • Keep up with rapidly evolving technologies like Machine Learning, AI, and Natural Language Search (NLS) to ensure our Core Experience – Advanced Search products meet the needs of our customers and are delivered quickly to capture user feedback and insights to learn and iterate
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, data science, and adjacent product teams to ensure the Advanced Search products scale and provide meaningful impact to end-users
  • Actively define product roadmap prioritization and create business cases for new opportunities
  • Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors
  • Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested
