  • 0-1 years of related professional/retail experience preferred but not required
  • Formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but total experience and professional achievements are most important
  • Standing required for entire work shift
  • Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds (as needed)
  • Communication skills with the ability to be a team player and flexible in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
  • Drive sales by delivering a customer-centric experience and providing solutions and inspiration through customer interactions with a passion for the brand, customer, and product
  • Ensure product is available and presented in a compelling way consistent with visual guidelines and brand standards on the sales floor and in stockroom areas
  • Operate in collaboration with team to achieve store objectives and sales results
  • Adhere to policies, procedures, standards and practices and company directives
  • Protect company assets and comply with safety, security, and shrink avoidance policies and programs
  • Report all concerns to management
  • Meet and exceed sales results and business goals by building strong customer relationships to maximize loyalty and continually provide a great consumer experience
  • Maintain a positive attitude and be flexible to changing customer and business needs
  • Model behavior that respects background, experience and cultural differences of others in an inclusive store environment
