Requirements

Responsibilities
  • The candidate will develop and execute customer experience strategies for digital onboarding and servicing of financial products and services.
  • The candidate will gain working knowledge of Canadian Tire Bank’s digital product capabilities and user experience.
  • The candidate will be accountable for the product backlog and proactively create and prioritize backlog items.
  • The candidate will research the competitive landscape to identify trends, opportunities, and solutions addressing business or customer needs.
  • The candidate will work creatively with team members to propose and refine digital solutions.
  • The candidate will communicate solutions and user stories to key stakeholders.
  • The candidate will incorporate web content accessibility requirements into user stories.
  • The candidate will manage reviews and approvals required to deliver projects, including Compliance, Legal, Privacy, Accessibility, and Customer Service approvals.
  • The candidate will oversee projects through deployment and collaborate with key partners to ensure timely delivery.
  • The candidate will monitor and report on project performance and digital engagement key performance indicators.
Desired Qualifications
  • Enrollment in a business program is preferred.
  • Digital Product Management, Project Management, Marketing, or Design experience is an asset.
  • Understanding of web and mobile technologies is an asset.
