Responsibilities
  • Support the design, vision, and execution of Med-Surg Finance’s strategic roadmap
  • Partner with finance executives and senior leaders to design solutions to solve business problems
  • Gain the support of other constituents and conduct presentations on projects’ status to all levels of the organization, including executive leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and develop individual contributors, managers, and senior managers in data & analytics, product management, and project management
  • Lead team execution of finance transformation initiatives including Finance Data Product, forecasting tool implementation, buildout of advanced analytics (including AI/ML), and SOX-compliance data initiatives
  • Lead team to innovate, design, build, implement, and maintain sustainable data products, processes, dashboards, and tools to support financial decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal Med-Surg Finance, Corporate Finance, Finance Systems, IT, Shared Services, Category Management, Sales Support
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of organizational objectives to attain desired business results. Analyze external business environment, to anticipate trends and influence McKesson’s strategy
  • Manage and assist team members on projects to achieve deliverables and desired outcomes. Communicate projects’ status to sponsors and stakeholders.
