- Run projects from start through to handover, including layout preparation, equipment commissioning, and compiling supporting documentation.
- Use continuous improvement and Lean principles to identify ways to reduce production costs and improve efficiencies and yield.
- Compile and manage supporting documentation for all new and existing processes, including standard operating procedures, flow charts, bills of materials, process failure mode and effects analysis, engineering change requests, engineering change orders, and manufacturing change documents.
- Provide proactive problem-solving support for recurring production issues, including downtime, performance, and quality issues, using techniques such as 5 Whys, fishbone analysis, and 8D problem solving.
- Provide day-to-day support to production leaders.
- Promote the highest health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Work closely with supply chain, production, and technical teams to enable continuous improvement of performance- and quality-related key performance indicators in line with company objectives.
- Manage and deliver new product development activities from concept through production launch, including process design, validation, capacity planning, and handover to operations.
- Run Key Focus Area projects aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
