Requirements
  • High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred) Accounting or related field
  • 0-2 years Accounting or related field
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel required, preferably experience with pivot tables

Responsibilities
  • Participate in the month-end close, including general ledger reconciliations and posting of monthly journal entries
  • Responsible for accounts receivable process, which includes maintenance of customer accounts, monthly invoicing and daily cash receipts
  • Assist with A/P process. Work with accounts payable to ensure invoices are accurate and paid in a timely manner
  • Manage priorities and issues where conflicts arise
  • Ad-hoc clerical requests
