Requirements
  • A conceptual writer and designer focused on your craft – obsessed with the details and passionate about learning new skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a conscientious approach to your work and able to balance multiple projects.
  • You know your way around Microsoft and have an understanding of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A champion of diverse talent who proactively cultivates an inclusive culture and uses cultural competence to drive agency and client’s business forward.
  • Internet savvy, fluent in social media trends and the depths of YouTube, TikTok, and Reddit.
Responsibilities
  • Work across a variety of clients and projects.
  • Use various mediums to express ideas in a visually engaging manner.
  • Contribute to brainstorms for engaging ideas.
  • Attend and collaborate on briefs from existing and prospective clients – developing a wide range of compelling ideas.
  • Have a passion for art direction and think in terms of big ideas with a strong knowledge of social content.
  • Develop cohesive brand strategy.

  • Knowledge and experimentation with AI is a plus.
