How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Own and optimize enterprise load balancing and application delivery platforms, ensuring the availability, performance, and resiliency of critical business applications.
• Serve as the senior technical escalation point for complex Layer 4–7 traffic management and application delivery issues, leading root-cause analysis and restoring service in high-availability production environments.
• Drive continuous improvement across F5, Citrix ADC, and VMware AVI platforms through automation, optimization, application onboarding, and operational excellence initiatives.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• 8–10+ years of network engineering experience in large-scale enterprise environments, with a primary focus on load balancing and application delivery.
• Expert hands-on proficiency with F5 BIG-IP, Citrix NetScaler/ADC, and VMware NSX ALB (Avi), spanning L4–7 protocols, traffic steering, SSL offloading, and multi-tier application troubleshooting.
• Preferred certifications: Advanced credentials across F5 (CTS or higher), Citrix ADC (CCA-N/CCP-N or higher), and VMware NSX/Avi platforms.
