Requirements
  • More than 5 years of systems engineering experience for space systems or related experience.
  • Experience in space operations, space domain awareness (SDA), space control, and indications and warnings.
  • Must have TS/SCI with CI polygraph and be willing to be read into special access programs (SAPs), with no exceptions.
Responsibilities
  • Document incidents for operations.
  • Track the status of current incidents and provide status updates to users.
  • Inform users of development planning, status, and deliverables.
  • Manage user expectations regarding system capabilities and delivery timelines.
  • Explain system functionality.
  • Develop system tradecraft and user guides to support real-world operations.
  • Support the transition from a legacy system to a modern architecture.
  • Provide informal over-the-shoulder training to users.
  • Connect users to the customer for requests requiring approvals.
  • Connect the customer to site personnel to support software delivery and system integration.
  • Facilitate on-site discussions and meetings with system users and stakeholders.
