  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to operate a computer and other general office equipment
  • Must have basic mathematical skills
  • Must have legible handwriting
  • Ability to tug, pull, or lift up to fifty (50) pounds
  • Ability to sit in front of a computer terminal for extended periods of time
  • Periodic weekend or evening work is expected.
Responsibilities
  • Possess knowledge of Enovis Foot and Ankle product families and contents of surgical trays
  • Prioritize loaner requests, focusing on fulfilling requests for loaner sets
  • Review and maintain surgical loaner instrument and implant sets
  • Update the set inventory lists to reflect changes in lot codes
  • Accurately transfer sets from work-in-progress storage location to available stock for shipment
  • Stay informed about ERP systems, engage in ERP training, and be proficient in navigating the ERP system
  • Manage the receipt of inventory including receiving product and inputting inventory data into the ERP system
  • Manage and organize all inventory related documentation
  • Communicate with other departments including Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Quality and Executive Committee regarding inventory fulfillment needs and updates. Work with Commercial and Marketing to ensure a proper configuration is maintained
  • Participate in continuous quality and performance improvement activities
  • Package/ship product to replenish internal and field inventory needs when necessary
  • Fulfill, package, ship, and reconcile Loaners and consignment sets
  • Clean and/or disinfect returned fielded inventory as required per company procedures
  • Follow good documentation practices for completing and filing forms
  • Follow 5s methodology of cleaning, maintaining and organizing personal workspace and surrounding area
