Requirements
  • 2-4 years B2C marketing experience
  • Must have experience creating campaigns in SFMC, Braze or Marketo type marketing platforms
  • Strong abilities in problem-solving, project management skills and highly organized
  • Experience with quality assurance processes + extreme attention to detail
  • Track record of executing growth campaigns (email and push) in a fast-paced environment with a high-degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Excel, with an interest in and ability to perform data analysis.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end production process for email campaigns and push notifications
  • Develop and implement growth marketing campaigns (email, push) that align with business KPIs and drive member acquisition.
  • Analyze and monitor campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaigns and improve overall performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are integrated with other marketing and product initiatives.
  • Communicate campaign updates and results with stakeholders.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to marketing campaigns.
  • Solicit requirements, specifications, and assets from business analysts for email campaigns.
