Progyny is seeking a Growth Marketing Campaigns Associatewho will manage and execute end-to-end production of marketing campaigns to drive member acquisition and engagement.
- Manage the end-to-end production process for email campaigns and push notifications
- Develop and implement growth marketing campaigns (email, push) that align with business KPIs and drive member acquisition.
- Analyze and monitorcampaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaigns and improve overall performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are integrated with other marketing and product initiatives.
- Communicate campaign updates and results with stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to marketing campaigns.
- Solicit requirements, specifications, and assets from business analysts for email campaigns.
- 2-4yearsB2C marketing experience
- Must have experiencecreating campaigns inSFMC, Braze or Marketo type marketing platforms
- Strong abilities in problem-solving, project management skills and highly organized
- Experience with quality assurance processes + extreme attention to detail
- Track record of executing growth campaigns (email and push) in a fast-paced environment with a high-degree of accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Excel, with an interest in and ability to perform data analysis.

In compliance with New York City’s Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $70,000 - $80,000. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
