Requirements
  • Professionalism with excellent customer service and follow-through skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of a variety of Commercial and Government accounts
  • Notify customers of account delinquency, primarily by phone and email as secondary
  • Manage customer repayment plans and accept/process payments
  • Prepare accounts for placement with 3rd party collections – legal or agency
  • Identify and manage risk within collection portfolio
  • Prioritize calls and emails based on objective criteria
  • Participate in projects and/or team initiatives as required
  • Support Credit Approval calls for new residential customer accounts by reviewing Trans Union credit reports
  • Account Maintenance (as required)

  • Previous commercial accounts experience or coursework in Business, Accounting, or Finance, are assets
