Vertis Therapy provides physical, occupational and speech therapy programs for long-term care and post-acute facilities. It partners with skilled nursing centers, assisted living communities, acute-care organizations and other providers to deliver person-centered rehabilitation, clinical programs and compliance support. Therapists address mobility, daily activities, communication, dementia, short-term recovery, falls and other facility-specific needs. The company operates as a contract therapy partner embedded within client organizations, combining clinical delivery with program management rather than running its own nursing-home network.
