Responsibilities
  • Leading the development of the multi-year PGIM Global Services and Technology budget/forecast while working closely with PGIM business partners to develop the consolidated expense story
  • Strategically partnering with Finance and Technology leaders to develop insightful business plans and analytics to drive decision-making and facilitate management actions, as appropriate
  • Highlighting and resolving financial management challenges with senior management, and technology and finance business partners
  • Developing and articulating an in-depth understanding of corporate chargebacks and expense drivers, including accounting for capitalization of technology assets
  • Identifying opportunities for automation and determining innovative ways to streamline processes and drive technology expense efficiencies
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and navigate through areas that may not be in direct line of responsibility to transform strategy into action
