Requirements
- Experience with data analysis and data analytics projects and a strong supply chain background.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a Senior level Business Analyst.
- Ability to elicit the business needs of the customer to help determine solutions to complex business problems.
- Requirements development and requirements management in accordance to Software Development Life Cycle best practices.
- Act as the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.
- This role will focus on the Merchandising/Pricing line of business.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to all levels within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Elicit the business needs of the customer to help determine solutions to complex business problems.
- Develop and manage requirements in accordance with Software Development Life Cycle best practices.
- Serve as the liaison between the business units, technology teams, and support teams.
- Focus on the Merchandising/Pricing line of business and related initiatives.
- Plan and execute strategic initiatives to take complex projects from vision to reality.
Desired Qualifications
- Large scale enterprise client experience.
- Previous supply chain experience is a big plus.
- Experience with data analytics projects and understanding the impact of business processes on data (not just a data analyst role)
- Ability to quickly ramp up and become productive.
