Requirements
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in major sporting events, venue operations, or hospitality and/or event production roles.
  • Demonstrated success in stadium or arena-based hospitality programs or operational teams.
  • Ability to synthesize large volumes of information and make decisions quickly under pressure.
  • High fluency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Excel), dashboards, and operational workflows.
  • High interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, align, and motivate cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both daily reporting and day-to-day coordination.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the On Location Gifting & Uniforms team in the planning & production of the Gifting & Uniforms Program.
  • This will include the management of a gifting database, gifting & uniforms sample reviews, Purchase Order management, logistics & delivery planning.
  • Oversee the identification, allocation, and setup of Gifting & Uniforms spaces, including in-stadium areas, external hospitality villages and uniform collection points.
  • Assist in the drafting of dashboards, processes and tournament time protocol which may also include Guideline documents for both Gifting & Uniforms functions.
  • Act as the single point of contact for your Cluster of cities, communicating between On Location Headquarters and the Venue Guest Experience Manager (including the respective Gifting & Uniforms Supervisors), providing direction and management across the Gifting & Uniforms functions operating at the stadium venues and uniform collection points.
  • Own cluster-wide Gifting & Hospitality project management, ensuring both workstreams are aligned and delivering to scope, timeline, and service-level expectations.
  • Work closely with Gifting & Uniforms Venue Supervisors within cluster to ensure matchday readiness and smooth operations.
  • Serve as a proactive integrator and problem-solver, rapidly responding to cluster-specific operational changes or optimizations.
  • Facilitate clear and timely communication between On Location Headquarters and On Location Venue Management teams to enable collaborative and transparent decision-making.
  • Participate in internal and external site visits (if required), stadium walkthroughs, and readiness meetings within designated cluster.
  • Maintain real-time tracking tools, dashboards, and cluster/venue-specific documentation to ensure accountability across Hospitality Gifting & Uniforms functions.
  • Support the Gifting & Uniforms Director by contributing strategic insights, localized recommendations, and critical data points from the cluster perspective.
  • Leverage strong working relationships with Venue Management, Logistics and vendors to enable smooth venue access, timely deliveries, compliance, and operational readiness.
  • Provide hands-on management during event time, including coordination, issue escalation, and delivery assurance across guest touchpoints.
  • Assist in venue-level budget planning and monitoring in collaboration with finance and operations leads.

  • Strong understanding of FIFA or other international sporting bodies is highly desirable.
  • Preference for candidates with existing relationships at the assigned stadium venues within cluster.
