Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics or related.
  • 4+ years of experience in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, Optimization, Operations Analytics, Modeling/Data Science or related.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and working with stakeholders to analyze and interpret large sets of data to provide data-driven insights.
  • Leads the development and implementation of advanced analytics including customer segmentation, optimization, prescriptive analytics and machine learning algorithm & recommendation to solve business problems.
  • Establishes and maintains effective performance tracking; identify improvement opportunity, form hypothesis, proposes, designs and implements tests to drive strategy enhancement and optimization.
  • Develops and automates reports, iteratively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical needs.
  • Communicate complex data concepts and results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Desired Qualifications
  • Masters in Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics.
  • 2+ years of experience in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, Optimization, Operations Analytics, Modeling/Data Science or related.
  • Experience in Payments Network Applications like Merchant/Acquirer/Issuer Settlement & Pricing and Authorization.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (snowflake), excel and experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Understanding of restitution and proactive monitoring techniques.
