  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 3 years minimum experience in product marketing, preferably with a nutritional, supplement, weight management, or skincare company
  • Demonstratable experience in global marketing strategies
  • Ability to champion projects and drive measurable results
Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise the campaign calendar, calendar timelines, and calendar prioritization all based upon approvals, key dates, and channel best practices.
  • Work in partnership with Product Marketing for new product launches, as well as broader marketing and product business groups to develop and implement end-to-end journey and life-cycle campaigns which include campaign planning and design, target criteria selection, list management, campaign health monitoring and post campaign analysis.
  • Responsible for learning and understanding the strategic goals of the business and collaborating with key stakeholders to determine ideal marketing approaches to further those goals.
  • Partner with Headquarters and international teams by participating in the development of new marketing ideas, designs and processes. Collaborate with the CMO and marketing team to identify brand, category, retailing, and Ambassador opportunities to ensure company objectives are being met.
  • Assist in developing marketing campaigns and strategy.
  • Collaborate with local marketing teams to drive product promotion strategies for responsible categories to achieve incremental sales (e.g. gifts with purchase, holiday offers, cross-promotions, etc.).
  • Play a strong supporting role in the implementation of marketing plans associated with launching new products and rebranding.
