Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in accredited university working towards a Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with creating demonstration and “How To” videos
  • Willingness to learn program services to communicate features to customers and end users
  • Best practices for communicating with various levels of technical knowledge
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
  • Set and follow schedules and deadlines aligning with the Software development team as well as other program milestones
Responsibilities
  • The Communications Administrator Intern supports the Customer Engagement Team in executing and monitoring communications strategies and customer application information
  • As the Communications Administrator Intern, you will create communication campaigns for Program Updates and Announcements to present to Customer Applications integrated with our cybersecurity services
  • You will collaborate with various software and other engineers on the program to become familiar with customer integration process updates and baseline changes to services with each software release
  • The communications administrator will also assist with writing content for the web portal as well as emails, newsletters, and narrated “how to” videos demonstrating a step by step process of a service integration
  • This is an opportunity to creatively communicate technical concepts to a wide audience of varying levels of experience
  • Administration tasks include periodically reaching out to applications using our services to manage point of contact and other important information
  • The Communications Administrator Intern will assist with maintaining our program's web portal content with relevant announcements, the latest set of approved documentation, and other messaging and communications
