Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2 years or more of experience in identity and access management, with a focus on implementing and managing IAM solutions in enterprise environments
Responsibilities
  • Implement identity and access management solutions, including user provisioning, authentication, authorization, and single sign-on (SSO) mechanisms
  • Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing systems and applications, ensuring seamless access for users while maintaining security controls
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits of IAM systems to identify and remediate vulnerabilities, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive data
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in identity management, evaluating their potential impact and relevance to our organization
  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams on IAM-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving complex problems as needed
  • Participate in incident response and security incident management activities, assisting in the investigation and resolution of security breaches or access incidents
  • Document IAM configurations, processes, and procedures, ensuring that knowledge is effectively transferred and maintained within the organization
