  • Work on projects of the highest importance: Report directly to the Goods general manager and help them with key projects as they arise. Given our fast-paced environment, new ideas and problems are always appearing and need someone with context across the entire company to address them. These might include building key partnerships, conducting competitive diligence, and analyzing sensitive data, among other initiatives
  • Coordinate organizational planning and progress reviews: Lead the executive team through quarterly and annual objective setting and results tallying. Help craft the strategy and growth path of the Goods vertical. This can include determining the frameworks and methods used to record and track goals, pressure testing priorities with different business leaders, coordinating cross-functional goals, and sharing the information with the broader organization
  • Evaluate and incubate new ideas: Be the first to scope and research new initiatives to form a point of view on whether they are feasible. Work cross-functionality to run tests with early iterations of products and ideas. Transition successful initiatives to other parts of the organization
  • Engage in important, external meetings: Prepare the most senior leaders for key external meetings and attend to gain context for other initiatives and teams
  • Communicate company-wide updates: Write and present internal and external business updates. Solicit and summarize information from other leaders for these as needed. Topics can be specific, for instance, key project updates, or broad, including board decks
  • Learn and grow: This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to execute key projects and initiatives across the company. This role is meant to be adaptive and an opportunity to level up your communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • 3+ years in management consulting, product management, eCommerce, or as a leader in a high growth startup, or entrepreneur
  • Proven experience organizing and working with multiple, cross-functional teams
  • Deep interest in e-commerce; experience working in e-commerce is a must
  • Highly organized and process-driven
  • Excellent business acumen
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Command of excel and data analysis tools (BI tools or SQL are a bonus)
  • High level of accountability; self-driven and motivated
  • Thrives in ambiguous situations and can resourcefully work through them
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced environment
