Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
  • Five or more years of corporate treasury operations experience is required.
  • Proficiency using Kyriba to support treasury operations, liquidity management, and financial risk activities is required.
  • Broad treasury operations experience with the ability to support project-based work is required.
  • Ability to apply accounting, finance, and treasury principles effectively is required.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills, is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Excellent attention to detail with demonstrated integrity and professionalism is required.
  • Ability to quickly understand and evaluate complex financial transactions is required.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment is required.

Responsibilities
  • Support Treasury and banking-related projects across the organization.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance treasury operations and efficiencies.
  • Assist with execution of daily cash management activities, including payment processing.
  • Monitor and analyze bank and merchant fees, including credit card and cash management expenses.
  • Monitor Dun & Bradstreet activity and update credit information as needed.
  • Compile short-term and long-term cash forecasts and coordinate movement of excess cash between accounts and investments.
  • Serve as a Treasury liaison and point of contact for bank access and bank account management.
  • Assist with administration of company and corporate card programs.
  • Provide information and support related to internal and external audits and ensure compliance with cash management activities.
  • Initiate and administer wire transfers, ACH transactions, and book transfers.
  • Maintain positive and effective relationships with depository banking partners.
  • Support corporate accounting, tax, financial planning, internal audit, and other departments as related to treasury transactions and entity structures.
  • Participate in additional projects and duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • General overall knowledge and experience working in a fast-paced Corporate Treasury organization is preferred.
  • Treasury experience within the healthcare industry is preferred.
