Inbound Account Executive - on-site (London)

What you’ll do
- Handling customer inquiries, understanding their needs, and proposing the most suitable Sumup solution for the situation
- Closing short-cycle sales
- Working closely with other sales teams, such as marketing and pre-sales teams, to contribute to achieving the sales objectives of the team, country, and structure
- Maintaining positive and lasting relationships with existing customers and helping them resolve any issues that may arise
- Accelerating the conclusion of agreements and increasing the number of activated point-of-sale merchants
About you
- Proven experience as Sales representative minimum 1-2 years in fintech or hospitality industry
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Strong telephone presence and experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Listening and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Self-starter, highly motivated, goal oriented, fearless, ambitious, team player
- Previous experience in the F&B (food and beverage) sector is a plus
- Knowledge of Salesforce (CRM) would be a plus
