  • Proven experience as Sales representative minimum 1-2 years in fintech or hospitality industry
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Strong telephone presence and experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively

  • Previous experience in the F&B (food and beverage) sector is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Handling customer inquiries, understanding their needs, and proposing the most suitable Sumup solution for the situation
  • Closing short-cycle sales
  • Working closely with other sales teams, such as marketing and pre-sales teams, to contribute to achieving the sales objectives of the team, country, and structure
  • Maintaining positive and lasting relationships with existing customers and helping them resolve any issues that may arise
  • Accelerating the conclusion of agreements and increasing the number of activated point-of-sale merchants
