Requirements
- A highly entrepreneurial get-things-done individual with strong project management skills, who is able to quickly assess a situation, identify key risks and drive a project forward to meet key objectives
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and defining key objectives, approaches to drive impact
- CRM and lifecycle management experience and analytics
- 5-10+ Years experience, ideally leading a country or region in marketing or community management
- 360 degree marketing experience a plus
- The ability to influence cross-functional teams to drive different countries, and different city-specific goals
- Experience building community strategies and plans from the ground up grounded in insights and data
- Strong communication and copywriting skills to bring campaigns to life on platform
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, across all levels internally as well as externally with organisations, partners and the media, both written and oral. Ability to present with flair and relate to a wide spectrum of constituents, with experience and interest in organising offline events
- High emotional intelligence & situational awareness, able to seamlessly adapt depending on the audience
- Deep empathy for customer needs and insights as well as an intuitive grasp of the business problems we're trying to solve

- Strong analytical, data, and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities
- Strategy Definition:
- Definition of marketing and on platform comms linking back to our key OKRs across: neighbour contributions, brand awareness and digital invites
- Definition of a broader target group to drive growth
- On Platform Activations:
- Oversee on platform communication strategies - top promo, emails, push notifications, and lifecycle marketing improvements
- Strong knowledge of or background in CRM tactics and toolkits
- Analytics and reporting:
- Ownership of software systems to pull results and then analyse them, reporting back weekly on campaigns and building dashboards reporting on performance
- Tactical Channel Level Execution:
- Refinement and partner with colleagues to define tentpole moments that creatively come to life contributing towards neighbour contributions, brand awareness, and digital invites. Definition of local partnership opportunities in partnerships with NE Partnerships lead who will source, pitch and close deals
- Ownership of local creative campaign ideation and execution
- Review and input on global creative campaigns for their relevance for local market
- Campaigns and activations analysis - performance and learnings along with definition of levers to scale
- PR & Comms:
- Partner closely with our UK PR lead to make sure that tentpole moments contribute and achieve earned PR reach
- Product & GTM
- Support Product and International Operations with go to market initiatives including localisations
- Administrative:
- Budgetary responsibility and accounting processes compliance
- Ownership of legal compliance and contracting for external vendors (NDAs, definition of contract terms and conditions, coordination with HQ legal)
