Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers and support them with a professional, friendly attitude
  • Build trust by listening to customer concerns and offering clear, helpful communication
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth customer interactions
  • Keep workspace clean and organized
  • Communicate customer service opportunities or concerns to management
  • Accurately document service needs and vehicle issues
  • Perform unit inspections and verify maintenance history
  • Generate detailed repair orders and estimates using Lightspeed
  • Maintain regular communication with customers on job status and approvals
  • Identify additional service opportunities to help customers protect their investment
  • Manage sublet repairs and vendor coordination as needed
  • Take ownership of new duties as assigned
  • Flex as needed to support the growing needs of the team and dealership
