- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile application development
- Strong proficiency in mobile technologies with the ability to develop for both iOS and Android platforms
- Demonstrated experience with iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin)
- Experience with KTOR, AWS, Docker, Cognito, DynamoDB, Git, Vue.js, REST
- Experience with Google Pay and Apple Pay integration
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Fundamental knowledge of Git and source control management
- Strong understanding of development processes (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) including specification, documentation, and quality assurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with enterprise-level architecture and design concepts
- Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain mobile applications that meet design specifications and industry standards
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to best practices and design guidelines
- Test and peer review code to ensure technical accuracy, functionality, and compliance with design specifications
- Work closely with the Software Test team to ensure thorough product testing
- Collaborate with the Documentation team to accurately document enhancements, bug fixes, and new features
- Partner with the Product Management team to align project requirements and timelines
- Estimate development schedules and define project scope to ensure timely delivery
- Guide and mentor junior software engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth
- Utilize a test-driven design approach to ensure the reliability and maintainability of code
- Provide technical assistance and training to internal teams as needed
- Perform other duties as required to support the team and organizational goals
- Willingness to expand skill set to include web-based applications
