Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 7+ years in talent management or human resources required
  • Strong expertise in modern talent practices including succession planning, high-potential development, and strategic workforce planning
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement end-to-end talent management strategies, specifically around talent assessment, succession planning, performance management, onboarding, and coaching.
  • Manage the execution of talent initiatives, including developing project plans with clear milestones, responsibilities, and KPIs.
  • Support the creation of a robust performance management system that aligns employee performance with organizational goals, ensuring continuous feedback and development.
  • Support the development of the talent review processes to identify high-potential employees, create succession plans for key leadership roles and drive differentiation in colleague development investments.
  • Support the development of career pathing and leadership development programs and planning.
  • Provide support for Adtalem Impact Council ongoing activities and key initiatives and adhoc support for ERGs
  • Identify and execute initiatives to build an end-to-end employee experience with curated “moments that matter” to drive retention and employee engagement
  • Support HRBPs and business leaders with resources and processes to enable the implementation of changes as well as business as usual activities (e.g., performance calibration, goal setting follow ups etc.).
  • Track talent development KPIs to measure effectiveness and impact on business outcomes
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Desired Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Organization Development or related field preferred
  • 3+ years in a professional services or management consulting environment preferred
