  • Build and lead a global eLearning function by setting strategic goals, clear roles, and responsibilities

  • Partner with the Sales Team in developing new business opportunities; provide RFP response support, pricing, staffing assignments, and any other service delivery obligations required to nurture and win new business opportunities
  • Utilize business intelligence and assist eLearning Squad Leads in measuring and reporting OKR progress on a weekly basis
