We are recruiting a Hardware Manager to work as part of the development team in Hitachi Vantara Engineering, responsible for designing, developing, and testing the Hitachi NAS Platform product (https://www.hitachivantara.com/en-us/products/storage-platforms/file-storage/network-attached-storage). The team meets at the office regularly, so regular attendance is expected to ensure active participation and collaboration.
You will oversee the end-to-end process of crafting top-tier hardware products, playing a pivotal role in a diverse, cross-functional team comprising software engineers, testers, and FPGA development experts. Your responsibilities will span managing the design, development, and testing phases of prioritized projects. This entails addressing challenges of varying complexity, and designing and implementing hardware solutions, all while upholding stringent quality standards. Your background should demonstrate a track record of delivering products with intricate hardware designs and a comprehensive grasp of the entire hardware design life cycle.
