Responsibilities
  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for all Release of Information processes
  • Monitor and aggregate activity from various sources
  • Ensure adherence to guidelines, rules, and regulations
  • Provide sensitive customer service in Release of Information processes
  • Maintain accurate logs and accounting of disclosures
  • Support compliance with HIPAA and state privacy laws
  • Organize team's time effectively and set priorities
  • Analyze and provide accurate data for monthly KPIs
  • Complete evaluations and set goals for direct reports
  • Communicate feedback and concerns to the HIM Director
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Assist with other duties as required
