  • Strong time management, organizational and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills.

  • Intermediate Excel skills, including the ability to use formulas, functions, and create pivot tables.
  • Experience working with employment data and report generation.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the set-up, scheduling, tracking, and follow-up of performance evaluations and processes to ensure timely completion.
  • Act as a liaison between HR, employees, managers, and attorneys to address performance evaluation inquiries and provide necessary support.
  • Support the training of attorneys, managers, and employees on the performance management system and procedures.
  • Assist with employment agreement tracking, filing, and distribution.
  • Assist in the set-up and administration of annual partnership admissions and partner compensation processes.
  • Drafting and distribution of related communications.
  • Maintain electronic personnel files.
  • Special projects and miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned.

  • Professional Certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP)
  • Familiarity with performance management software and Workday (or similar enterprise HR system)
