Schomp Automotive Group is a vehicle retailer and service provider that focuses on a customer-first retail experience. Its core offering is a one-price, one-person, one-hour sales model, which streamlines car purchases so a single salesperson handles the process in about an hour after a price is set upfront. The company combines sales and service, and emphasizes wellness and employee development, including in-store yoga, massages, and access to a personal trainer. Compared with rivals, Schomp differentiates itself with its fixed, transparent pricing and a dedicated one-contact-salesperson approach, plus a strong culture that invests in employees’ health and growth to build trust with customers and partners. The goal is to deliver a world-class shopping and service experience by putting people first—employees, customers, and industry partners—so everyone can grow professionally and personally.

Schomp Automotive Group joins ASE Connects as a Founding Member, supporting the next generation of technicians across Colorado.

Schomp Automotive Group joins ASE Connects as a Founding Member, supporting the next generation of technicians across Colorado. Schomp Automotive Group has joined ASE Connects as a Founding Member, enrolling all eight Colorado locations to support local schools and strengthen the future technician pipeline. Through ASE Connects, a joint initiative with ASE and WrenchWay, Schomp is helping expand instructor access to the tools, connections, and opportunities that support students interested in automotive careers across Colorado. By stepping up as a Founding Member, Schomp is not only investing in their own future workforce - but in the long-term success of the industry as a whole. "With ASE Connects, we're building a stronger, more connected pipeline between industry and education," said Jay Goninen, Co-Founder & President, WrenchWay. "Schomp Automotive Group's commitment to enrolling all of their Colorado locations sends a powerful message about the role dealerships can play in supporting schools and creating real opportunities for students." Through ASE Connects, Schomp's team now has a simple way to connect with local schools, stay informed on classroom needs, and find opportunities to get involved - whether that's participating in advisory boards, offering shop tours, or supporting programs in ways that make sense for their team. "At Schomp Automotive Group, we believe investing in our communities means investing in the future of the automotive workforce," said Aaron Wallace, Dealer Principal at Schomp Automotive Group. "ASE Connects gives us a simple, meaningful way to connect with local schools and support the next generation of technicians." Their commitment reflects a larger belief: that strong partnerships between dealerships and schools are essential to building a sustainable technician pipeline. As one of the first dealer groups to fully enroll across Colorado, Schomp Automotive Group is setting the standard for what industry leadership looks like in action.
