Requirements
  • 7+ years of non-internship professional software development testing experience.
  • 5+ years of test automation frameworks and tools building experience.
  • 5+ years experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python or Java, including object-oriented design.
  • Relevant experience in field of automotive.
  • Experience in test automation for Linux, QNX, Android OS, and/or iOS.
  • Experience with continuous integration systems.
  • Highly technical, organized, creative, motivated, and passionate about achieving results.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Test automation framework.
  • Develop and execute automated/manual test cases and perform bug tracking and management.
  • Understand user features and create test plans and test cases for assigned features.
  • Contribute to building a flexible and scalable automation solution.
  • Be a customer advocate and work closely with the team to ensure our testing strategy and environments resemble closely to customer use cases.
  • Drive validation of high quality, high performance, and production ready software.
  • Ensure quality from low-level software to end applications.
  • Validate software in simulation and on vehicle.
  • Test and release in alignment with vehicle integration, ensuring quality at the vehicle level.
  • Design, maintain and execute automated tests, including functional, system integration, functional, regression and API testing.
  • Support and coordinate between QA engineers and the development teams to ensure growing test coverage.
