As a RevOps Systems Lead, you will be in the center of the company’s Go-to-Market organization -- collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Product. In this role, you will be building, managing, and optimizing our Go-To-Market technology stack including but not limited to Salesforce, Hubspot, and Workato. You will be responsible for configuring Salesforce for various customer use cases and managing partner and alliance configurations. Your role will involve ensuring seamless integration and functionality of these tools to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and provide actionable insights through data management and reporting.
What will you do?:
- Design, implement, and maintain core RevOps technologies including Salesforce, HubSpot, and other third-party systems using Workato.
- Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the specific needs of Sales, Marketing, Partnerships & Alliances, and Customer Success teams.
- Oversee the configuration and management of HubSpot for marketing and sales activities including workflows, lead scoring, and nurturing campaigns.
- Manage users and user enablement (onboarding, access modifications, education).
- Monitor and troubleshoot systems, integrations & workflows to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Create and manage comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics to support decision-making across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our RevOps capabilities.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations role
- Proficiency in Salesforce (including the APEX coding language), HubSpot, and Workato.
- Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, and integration best practices.
- Experience in configuring Salesforce for various customer use cases, partners, and alliances.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Salesforce Administrator and HubSpot certifications are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $128,000 to $160,000 OTE for individuals based in New York and California. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
