Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations role
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (including the APEX coding language), HubSpot, and Workato.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, and integration best practices.
  • Experience in configuring Salesforce for various customer use cases, partners, and alliances.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Salesforce Administrator and HubSpot certifications are a plus.
  • An aptitude for problem solving

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain core RevOps technologies including Salesforce, HubSpot, and other third-party systems using Workato.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the specific needs of Sales, Marketing, Partnerships & Alliances, and Customer Success teams.
  • Oversee the configuration and management of HubSpot for marketing and sales activities including workflows, lead scoring, and nurturing campaigns.
  • Manage users and user enablement (onboarding, access modifications, education).
  • Monitor and troubleshoot systems, integrations & workflows to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Create and manage comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics to support decision-making across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our RevOps capabilities.
