Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in textiles, fashion design, or relevant field

Responsibilities
  • Performing technical sewing and lamination repairs on Arc'teryx products
  • Fulfilling repair work orders as directed by ReBIRD Manager
  • Collaborating with Floor Manager, ReBIRD to determine reparability and appropriate actions for individual garments
  • Contributing to all ReBIRD services including wash service and advising on product reparability and product care
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams to develop and adapt retail repair service procedures
  • Guiding in the development of new team members through training and direct feedback
  • Learning new techniques and product knowledge to provide better repairs
  • Executing quality control inspections on in-store repair
  • Participating in training ReCARE store teams in the region
