Responsibilities
  • Drive the development and execution of growth strategies that align with Momentum’s long-term objectives in the European market.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities across Europe, focusing on high-priority regions like the UK, Spain, and the Netherlands.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define growth goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics for success.
  • Lead initiatives to secure new clients across Europe, crafting and delivering impactful pitches that demonstrate Momentum’s unique value proposition.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for service expansion.
  • Develop tailored strategies for upselling and cross-selling to maximise value for existing clients.
  • Manage, coach, and develop the Growth Manager based in the UK, setting clear objectives and supporting professional development to achieve high performance.
  • Inspire and guide the wider growth-focused team, specifically in the UK & Spain, to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Drive business development activities, including RFI/RFP responses, pitch presentations, and negotiations, to secure new business and achieve revenue targets.
  • Build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities and maintain momentum across the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with the President, Momentum Europe, to develop revenue forecasts, ensuring predictable and sustainable growth.
  • Work closely with Momentum’s creative, strategy, business leadership, and production teams to align client goals with agency expertise and deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Liaise with global teams to ensure European strategies are integrated with Momentum’s overall objectives, fostering a collaborative and unified approach.
  • Act as a growth ambassador within the agency, encouraging cross-departmental sharing of insights and innovations.
  • Represent Momentum at industry events, conferences, and within professional networks to strengthen our reputation as a leading global marketing agency.
  • Engage in digital channels to promote Momentum’s expertise, case studies, and client success stories, establishing thought leadership and credibility in the market.
  • Oversee budgeting and financial planning for growth initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize impact and return on investment (ROI).
  • Regularly review and report on financial performance related to business development, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet growth targets.
  • Prepare and present regular growth performance reports, using data to highlight achievements, analyse market trends, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership, offering strategic recommendations that drive Momentum’s growth and ensure long-term success in Europe.
