Requirements
  • Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; or equivalent experience required with an expected graduation date of December 2025 – June 2026
  • Interest or experience in leading projects with a strong organizational mindset
  • An interest in the field of design operations and working within a creative team
  • Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate in an environment of ambiguity with diverse partners
  • Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with designers, content strategists, researchers, and prototypers
  • Balance multiple inputs of priorities and needs across your team
  • Capture requirements and goals
  • Prioritize design and development efforts with multiple dependencies
  • Craft and manage schedules
  • Communicate project and program status
