Requirements
  • You have prior experience in Program Management of software applications (SOX-compliant backend applications a plus).
  • You have excellent verbal, written and communication skills focused on targeted and timely communication with the right level of technical details.
  • You are an accomplished practitioner of Agile methodologies, beyond simply running ceremonies, and understand how to use and be Agile to best support the team.
  • You have strong program planning skills with the ability to structure large initiatives, seeing the 'big picture' while also diving into details.
  • You are adept at using data to facilitate decisions on trade-offs and prioritization.
  • You have a good understanding of Software Development tools and technologies (Cloud Software design and technologies a plus).
Responsibilities
  • Build the basic structure of a program that may include prioritization alignment, team engagement, team governance, identifying partners, etc.
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources accordingly while also supporting team health.
  • Write detailed technical specifications in the form of agile epics and stories that engineers consume.
  • Think holistically to find opportunities around policies/processes to increase efficiency across organizational boundaries.
  • Clearly communicate program vision and status using appropriate media to maintain alignment.
