Who we seek:
We are hiring a Sales Development Manager to join our team in the US. We are looking for a leader who is excited and eager to help us continue to build & grow the global SDR team. We are looking for someone who has an upbeat attitude and the ability to keep the team feeling energized and motivated.
What you’ll do:
- Provide directional leadership for a fast-growing team of SDRs.
- Motivate the SDR team to exceed their goals of driving introductory meetings with our target prospects using a multi-channel, account based sales development approach.
- Ensure training and direction for new and existing SDRs; set team goals and hold team members accountable for goals
- Report regularly on SDR activity and results to leadership.
- Consistently over achieve monthly and quarterly meeting, opportunity & pipeline targets for the SDR team
- Lead through a strong analytical & metrics-driven focus
- Consistently identify & review processes, performance and technology improvement opportunities - we are building and we need a builder to help!
- Continue to build and strengthen your team through recruiting, hiring and development strategies
- Provide an entrepreneurial spirit of growth and collaboration as you build and guide your team
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years of experience in a SDR or sales role; experience working in B2B Software/SAAS space strongly preferred
- 2+ years of SDR management experience, ideally in a high-tech start up environment.
- Ability to influence and coach others
- Proven experience achieving and pushing past goals and quotas
- Proven ability to analyze and act on data to optimize processes and performance
- Excellent communication, organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
- Drive to succeed and a competitive spirit
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills

The annual base salary range is $75,000 – $100,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is just one component of our Compensation Philosophy. Variable/Bonus Compensation & Equity Incentives align with individual and company performance.
