  • Experience with all aspects of vendor oversight: vendor selection, contract development, selection, performance management, and continuous improvement of the vendor base

Responsibilities
  • Identify potential vendors and conduct research to determine optimum services and pricing.
  • Manage company relationships with vendors monitoring contract terms and mitigating risks
  • Manage vendor governance models for maintenance team
  • Identify and align vendors with teams in order to meet business goals and objectives
  • Serve as an escalation and resolution leader
  • Ensure vendor contract terms are followed by internal team members and vendors
  • Achieve KPI reporting and use to drive performance goals and improvements as needed
  • Develop and create systems and processes that support the vendor roles and responsibilities
  • Implement quality agreements and relationship management strategy
  • Verify consistent pricing in all markets
