Position: Senior Accounting Specialist

Placement Type: Full Time; Direct Hire; Non-Temp

Salary Range: $95,000-$100,000, DOE

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Seeking a Senior Accounting Specialist in the Pittsburgh area for a major Pharmaceutical company. The Senior Accounting Specialist will monitor, document and implement new accounting procedures and inform his/her team of any impending changes. He/she will serve as a liaison between external auditors and other functions and will coordinate with external auditors to ensure everything is on track.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years’ related experience, MBA/MS with 4+ years’ related experience, or 15-20 years’ business experience

•CPA

•CMA

•Knowledge of the Material Science business

•Expert knowledge of Bridge, BKA, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)

•IT/ERP/BI knowledge

•Auditing experience
