Requirements
  • 1–2-year customer/partner-facing experience
  • Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Assistant, or similar role in a SAAS company
  • Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of SAAS products and services and industry trends
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and send quotes to customers via Salesforce
  • Process orders and invoices accurately and timely
  • Support the Account Manager and other sales staff with their daily tasks and responsibilities
  • Support perpetual cloud licenses and ensure a smooth transition for customers
  • Help with support ticket escalations and follow up with customers until resolution
  • Act as an out-of-office back up for the Senior Account Manager and other sales staff
  • Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales data in Salesforce and other CRM tools
  • Generate and analyze sales reports, and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement
