Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Be part of the frontline for our Cards/BaaS partners
  • Review and resolve high level inquiries
  • Route and engage designated stakeholders on more complex inquiries/requests
  • Manage the relationship management knowledge base – helping maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations up to date
  • Manage the CRM system and keep client data up to date
  • Deliver quarterly business review reports (QBR)
  • Generate and deliver reports from data analysis and discover insights and opportunities
  • Support regulatory activities to ensure ongoing compliance
  • Advocate for our clients within the firm; liaise with other departments to resolve issues, implement changes, and integrate technology.
