Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and minimum 5 years full-time experience, or a minimum 15 years full-time as an Controls/I&E professional.
Responsibilities
  • Work alongside company leadership to improve process performance
  • Identify and address gaps in competency and technology to improve plant and personnel performance
  • Provide a structured problem-solving approach and collaborate with engineers to maximize performance
  • Seek and follow up on the use of innovative new technology that has potential to improve productivity, reduce costs and enhance safety performance
  • Participate as key member of Engineering group to design all aspects of control systems and low voltage power distribution, from cradle to grave, to support new and expansion plant projects
  • Support Operations and Maintenance by providing I&E troubleshooting support
