Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, victim services, criminal justice, or closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 6 years of professional work experience in financial management, business administration, victim advocacy, public policy, or administration.
  • US citizenship required by federal government contract.
  • This position requires a Public Trust security clearance. Applicants will be subject to government security investigation to obtain clearance prior to the start date.
Responsibilities
  • Support the Project Director in managing project operations, building, and maintaining a trusted advisor relationship with federal clients, shaping a team culture of excellence, providing prompt, comprehensive responses to all client needs and requests, and participating in business development efforts.
  • Provide visionary, strategic, and practical leadership and direction for the delivery of forward-leaning, results-driven TTA that is culturally humble, trauma-informed, and reflects inclusive principles.
  • Ensure project quality including staff performance, reports, and deliverables, supervise and coach all team members, and monitor staff utilization and conduct annual performance reviews.
  • Coordinate culturally competent and trauma-informed TTA needs assessments, create customized plans based on those needs, and delivery of prompt, responsive, and high-quality, effective TTA products, and services that are responsive to those needs.
