Responsibilities
  • Build a robust client oversight and governance function, including oversight of client account onboarding and offboarding.
  • Oversee the coordination of the account life cycle, including operational setup across teams, collection of legal and account setup documentation and client updates, documentation of Know Your Customer requirements and compliance, management of vendor and third-party relationships, and establishment of an internal dashboard for periodic client-account metric reporting.
  • Document new workflows across cross-functional teams to streamline account onboarding and enhance existing processes.
  • Leverage systems and tools to automate and streamline processes where applicable.
  • Evolve the operating model as client needs evolve.
  • Develop tools to track client events, inquiries, and servicing issues; document, manage, and escalate issues in a timely manner.
  • Partner across the organization to align First Line of Defense with broader oversight and compliance functions.
  • Review and approve client onboardings, including review and approval of in-scope Know Your Customer responsibilities.
  • Act as a program manager across client oversight and governance activities, build additional policies as needed, and train client-facing partners on them.
  • Ensure business adherence to relevant regulatory requirements, internal policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Align the client oversight function with other parts of the business to ensure appropriate capture and monitoring of client-related data.
  • Establish a single-source client database and oversee the documentation and buildout of a client account database containing account information.
  • Establish a single-source repository for documentation across databases and systems and monitor for changes in circumstances after onboarding.
  • Manage a team of client oversight and governance managers, including RCE.
  • Act as a liaison across teams and lead or advise relationship management teams on client life cycles, ongoing servicing, and complex client matters.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors and oversee client-related business continuity plans and resiliency development.
  • Complete additional ad hoc assignments and projects as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Master in Business Administration or Chartered Financial Analyst designation is strongly preferred.

The black-tie event will celebrate the museum's supporters while raising funds to preserve Texas aviation history, expand exhibits and support STEM education programs for students across the Houston area. Gala chairs Donna and Matthew Noll and honorary chairs Cheryl Bobblitt King and Bill King will welcome guests as the museum honors Lisa and Jerry Simon for their transformational impact and longtime commitment to the Lone Star Flight Museum and the Greater Houston community. The evening will include museum supporters, sponsors, elected officials and community leaders alongside Anna Hawley, LSFM president and chief executive officer, and David Novelli, LSFM board chair. Quinlan will lead the firm's relationships with professional advisors, including law and accounting firms, business advisory and investment consultants. These collaborations often intersect with client needs around unique assets such as fine art and collectibles, which the firm has a long history of addressing through its comprehensive wealth planning and fiduciary services.
