  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Human Centered Design, Psychology, or equivalent
  • 8+ years of professional experience in a Product Design/UX role, ideally in a large business or enterprise environment working on complex data and productivity solutions
  • Expert-level knowledge of user-centered design practices and demonstrated experience applying them while leading end-to-end projects to achieve business and market outcomes
  • Portfolio of past work including concepts, ideation, flows, and completed designs and final deliverables that demonstrate clear design thinking and craftsmanship
  • Strong demonstration of design thinking skills, use of modern design best practices, and ability to create innovative and meaningful experiences that deliver user value and business results
  • Exceptional ability to clearly communicate and support design decisions and how they lead to product experiences that deliver value
  • Strong analytical skills, using qualitative and quantitative data to guide design strategies and decisions
  • Experience balancing and leading multiple projects, organizing priorities, and delivering with discipline
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for the work you lead and deliver
  • Intellectual curiosity, structured thinking, and a collaboration-driven interaction style
  • Humility, enthusiasm, and ability to build relationships, foster trust, and develop shared understanding

  • Proficiency with Figma, collaboration and analysis tools (Miro, Lucid, Mixpanel, Fullstory) and the ability to pick up new systems and software easily
Responsibilities
  • Expertly utilize user-centered design and systems thinking skills in your day-to-day work to create solutions for complex data and user workflow challenges while maintaining a highly usable and scalable product experience
  • Conduct user research and data analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivators that lead to engagement and realization of customer value
  • Develop customer journey maps, task and user flows, and design concepts to inform product strategies, priorities, and solutions that deliver customer and business outcomes
  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering team members to create product strategies, roadmaps, and features to continuously deliver value to customers and support the end-to-end product vision
  • Identify high-impact customer and business problems and define the strategies and product experience solutions to solve them
  • Lead cross-team product experience strategies and designs to deliver holistic solutions that create exceptional customer value
  • Translate abstract concepts into simple, elegant, and innovative designs expressed in sketches, diagrams, rapid prototypes, and detailed designs and documentation to support iterative product delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of your design solutions and identify strategies for enhancement and improvement
  • Drive continuous improvement in your work and with your product teams; seek new methods and practices that lead to greater impact and value
  • Mentor and coach other designers to support their growth and ability to deliver excellent solutions
  • Contribute to evolving design practices, tools, methods, and design maturity of our organization
  • Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors
  • Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested
