Your Day-to-Day

• Play a key and integral leadership role by building effective client relationships, managing multiple complex fintech projects to completion, and developing a high performing team. 
• Serve as a trusted adviser to customers. 
• Responsible for implementation success based on deep technical knowledge of product. 
• Build strong relationships with external stakeholders (e.g., Executive, Business, and IT teams of clients) and internal stakeholders (i.e., Product, Sales, Operations, Consulting, Management) to be in control of desired business outcomes.
• Achieve strategic trusted-adviser level relationships with clients to create a win-win solution for clients and Company while balancing interests to drive value and ROI for all. 
• Understand details of fintech business processes and solutions related to order to cash to have effective conversation with external clients and provide guidance to internal teams. 
• Manage internal project delivery team for timely completion of project, including activities such as developing project plans, estimations, defining scope, change management, negotiations, etc.
• Build rapport as a true business partner by leveraging assertiveness and emotional intelligence to work positively with peers and executives to complete client needs.
• Manage client expectations, risks and project issues. 
• Triage client escalation while working with CVMs and HRC leadership. 
• Oversee the build of the client’s anticipated product design to fruition which includes hands-on support of the design, as well as development and support for the design project members. 
• Build and develop a high performing delivery team which includes operational and delivery excellence.
• Anticipate and mitigate changes in scope, ensuring that project is delivered on-time and on-budget. 
• Conduct and implement a balanced scope and change request process. 
• Identify and provide organizational change management assessment to determine OCM requirements (training, communications, benefits realization). 
• Serve as a leader and people manager within Consulting by providing onboarding support, regular check-ins, coaching, feedback, and guidance, and leading formal employee performance reviews.
• Collaborate with a client-service team consisting of Design Consultants, Consultants, Senior Consultants, Solution Delivery Managers, and Project Managers on a daily basis to meet the client’s needs. 
• Work closely with our global product management team. 
• Help to build and improve the implementation, training methodologies and the tools needed future implementations. 
• Manage deliverables to achieve project and client goals; will be assigned 5-10 projects at any time.
• Keep up to date on Company products, capabilities, and new features. 
• Travel on-site to teach the client how to use our SaaS system and facilitate testing.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Management or related field of study.

Experience:

Plus five (5) years of professional experience in software, consulting, professional services or in a solutioning and/or delivery management role based on position experience as a Consultant, Senior Consultant, Solution Delivery Manager, Solution Architect, Technology/Business Analyst, Order to Cash Process Lead, or equivalent role including working with accounting or finance modules within an SaaS/PaaS ERP products, such as, SAP, Oracle Cloud, NetSuite, PeopleSoft Financials, Workday, etc.
